Ok, no new pictures worth posting were taken yesterday, so I put up another one from the “bicycle” series. Enjoy!

Anyway, when I was shooting these bicycle photos I had to use the timed shutter function because I couldn’t find my RC-1 wireless transmitter. I have thought about that thing off and on since I determined it was “lost” and haven’t been able to find it for the life of me.

I’ve checked my back pockets in all of the pants and shorts that I have worn when taking photos this week and can’t locate it. I’ve looked all through my camera bag, on the entertainment center, on the coffee table (which is now an ottoman), and can’t seem to find it anywhere… CRAP!!

Well, I just had a little insight into the location of my wireless transmitter… Well, when I was shooting this picture, I was pressing the shutter button on the RC-1 and dropping it into a little wicker basket I have on my vanity… I bet, when I was done shooting I walked over to the camera, saw my results, ripped the camera off of the tripod, and went to processing… I will bet anyone out there $2.73 that my wireless transmitter is still in that basket. If it isn’t, I pay you $2.73! First come, first serve to the bet!

I really have some refining to do on my Photoshop skills, but I am really getting excited about this style of photography. The whole illustrated, very deep and sharp photos really look cool to me. I just need to learn how to better keep things sharper in the process and remove some halos from around difrent aspects in the photo…

Well, I blew it this weekend. I didn’t do a photo on Friday. My photo from Saturday was cool processing and lighting wise (IMHO), but it was not the best subject or pose! And, last night, I totally wasn’t feeling it… I just held the camera in my hand and blasted the 580EX II at my pitted up face and fired this shot off… Nothing fancy but the lighting does show off my imprefect skin! Yay!!!

I have a pretty good idea for tonight’s shot that won’t be too hard to pull off… I still have a really good idea that I want to try when I have more time…

Well, well, well… I have a hard time getting going this morning. I woke up extremely late around 11:30AM… I drank too much last night and made a fool out of myself (no, I didn’t break anything. I just became an ass…).

I am in a really good mood today, though… I have a very creative idea I want to try for my next shot but right now I am too lazy to get everything together for it. I know, that’s bad and I shouldn’t be that way. But, this next idea I have requires me to haul a lot of gear out into a field… I don’t even know if I can get everything in my car… For my first attempt, I may just need to tone it down a little and lighten the load… If all goes well, I may do the full sha-bang-a-bang in the future…

So, it’s hot outside and my grass id dying a slow painful death… But, I’d rather put $27.32 per gallon gas in my car than water my yard for $.37 a day… Sounds logical, right?

Let’s make a deal! I think I am going to start keeping a lot of feelings to myself. Some feelings, I believe, would be better kept to myself. Some things I tell people seem to set me up for failure. So, in order to correct this issue, there are certain things that certain people shouldn’t know.

“But, what if you go through life and never tell this person how you truly feel?!” Well, they obviously don’t feel the same way I do or they would have made it known to me.

“But, what if they don’t tell you for the same reasons you’re not going to tell them?!” Well, I have told certain people how I feel about certain things and they didn’t jump on it so I would assume they know how I feel and the ball is in their court.

“But, what if…” SHUT UP!!!
